The MIT Enterprise Forum of Washington DC & Baltimore plans three-way interactive events between startup company CEOs in technology, investor/experts and an audience of like minded members of the community in the Greater Washington DC, Baltimore and Bethesda/Rockville Maryland areas.

MIT Enterprise Forum "Edupreneur" Startup Lab a Big Success!

On April 26th, MITEF hosted a unique event: "Edupreneurship: Entrepreneurship in Education" at the NRECA Conference Center in Ballston, VA. The event was a huge success. A packed crowd of 90 attended the event, confirming both the growing interest in innovation in the education sector, and the strong network and resources in the Washington, DC region.

Today an MIT Alumni Association Honor Roll of Service Award was given  to two officer level volunteers for their outstanding service to the MIT Enterprise Forum of Washington DC and Baltimore.

Congratulations to Vice Chairman Ira Gershkoff '73, SM '74, for his ability to inspire program leaders at the MIT Enterprise Forum of Baltimore & Washington, DC in'11.

the year. The duties will be described and co-created with  those who
are interested. Anyone who fills these positions will be expected to
attend the monthly meeting in the Washington, DC area:

Types of Programs

The MIT Enterprise Forum of Washington DC and Baltimore (MITEF) serves its community of technology entrepreneurs by providing a series of monthly practical training, mentoring and educational programs throughout the year. Most of the events take place in front of an audience and allow both the presenting companies and the attendees to learn new ways of thinking about their businesses and the practical ways that they can overcome the obstacles they face on their way to success.
